A: No, reward points cannot be redeemed for cash. However, you can use your points towards your purchases at Titan tactical firearms.

A: Simply have your friend mention your name when they are signing up. If they sign up online, call us to let us know who referred you.
Q9: Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer to be a member?

Titan Tactical Firearms Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS, THEN DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION IN SECTION 12 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
1. Overview of Program
The Program is a free to join customer program to reward our customers for their loyalty. Members will receive certain rewards Points (defined below) through certain actions defined and described in Section 5 below that they can redeem to receive discount Rewards (defined and described in Section 6 below).
2. Changes; Modifications
Titan Tactical Firearms may change, modify, limit, and/or eliminate the Program and/or all or any portion of these Program Terms, or any policy pertaining to the Program from time to time at Titan Tactical Firearms discretion, including the following: (a) the Rewards or other benefits offered under the Program; (b) the expiration date of Points received under the Program or Rewards redeemed under the Program; (c) how Points are earned, calculated, or redeemed; or (d) how Rewards are calculated, valued, or redeemed. If we make changes to the Program Terms, we will post the amended Program Terms here and update the “Effective Date” above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Program Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Program after the amended
Program Terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Program Terms, you must end your membership in the Program by visiting your Account Page. Titan Tactical Firearms will not be liable to you in any way for any value or benefits you may lose as a result of any changes made to the Program, including any Points.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. You may only have one Program account. The Program is intended for personal use only by end-use retail customers. Commercial customers, businesses, and tax exempt organizations are not eligible to participate. Your account may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with family, friends, and your account and associated benefits are not intended for purchasing items for resale.
4. Joining the Program; Opt-Out
To join the Program, complete the following steps: a) Sign in to your Account Page (or if you do not already have an account, register for an account);
b) Click on the “Rewards” link;
c) Follow the instructions; You may opt out of the Program at any time by visiting your Account Page. If you elect to opt out and cancel your account, you (i) will forfeit and not be able to redeem any unused Rewards or Points, (ii) will not be able to retrieve previously-earned Rewards or Points if you elect to opt in at a later time, and (iii) will not be able to earn Points for purchases or actions taken while not opted in to the Program.
A current, valid email address is required for you to be able to participate in and receive Points in connection with the Program. You must notify Titan Tactical Firearms of change of email address by updating your account information on your Account Page.
5. Earning Points
Members will receive Points on their account through Qualifying Purchases (defined below), and participation in any other special programs and promotional offers that may be announced by Titan Tactical Firearms or its third-party partners from time to time. Additional terms, requirements, and details for earning Points follow.
Qualifying Purchases: Program members receive 1 Point for every $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases (“Points”). “Qualifying Purchases” means all purchases made via the, but excluding the “Exclusions from Qualifying Purchases” stated below. Points are only awarded based on full dollars spent;
purchase prices will be rounded down to the nearest full dollar amount in order to calculate Points. To make a Qualifying Purchase you must be signed into your account when placing the order.
· Exclusions from Qualifying Purchases: Points will not be awarded on unauthorized or fraudulent purchases, purchases that violate our Terms of Sale, donations (including NRA Round-Up contributions), gift certificates, sale items, clearance items, sales tax, state fees, fees imposed for hazardous materials, shipping and delivery charges and fees, order fees, unfilled backorders, NRA or other memberships, discounts, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time to time. Point accrual is limited to a maximum of 10,000 points per order. The amount of a purchase made using Rewards as the method of payment will not be applied to your Point accrual. Points will not be awarded if, in Company’s reasonable opinion, the merchandise or services purchased will be used for resale or commercial use and any Points awarded on such purchases will be forfeited. Additional items may be excluded from Point accumulation at MidwayUSA’s discretion.
· Promotional Offers: Other special programs and promotional offers (including personalized offers) for earning Points may be made by Titan Tactical Firearms, its agents or third-party partners from time to time at Titan Tactical Firearms discretion. Such offers will also be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the promotional offer.
· Returned Items: If you return any items from a Qualifying Purchase, the Points earned on the returned items will be deducted from your account as applicable when the return is processed. When there are insufficient Points in your account to be deducted due to a return of a Qualifying Purchase, (i) if you have an unused and active Reward(s), the Reward(s) will be converted back to Points and deducted from your account based on the value of the returned Qualifying Purchase; or (ii) if your Reward(s) have already been redeemed with a purchase, the promotional value of the redeemed Reward(s) will be deducted from the amount of your refund for the returned items. At its discretion, MidwayUSA may refuse the return.
Points earned will generally be processed and added to your account when your order has shipped, although this may vary. You can check your orders and monitor your Point balance at any time by checking your Account Page.
6. Program Rewards and Points Redemption
Rewards: Program Members can redeem their Points for Titan Tactical Firearms, which the member can apply for a promotional dollar off discount on a future Titan Tactical Firearms purchase (each a “Reward”). Titan Tactical Firearms Rewards total may not exceed the total cost of the order. You can redeem your Points for Titan Tactical Firearms Rewards in the rewards center in your account, in the shopping cart, or in checkout. Once you elect to redeem your Points, the decision is final, and the redemption cannot be reversed other than due to a return of a Qualifying Purchase and deduction of points pursuant to Section 5 above. Once you elect to convert Points to Rewards, the Reward will expire within 365 days.
At its discretion, Titan Tactical Firearms may offer additional forms of Rewards, which are subject to these Program Terms and any terms and conditions accompanying the Rewards offer. Rewards may have additional certain restrictions including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Only the Member with the associated Program account may use and access the Reward.
If after redeeming a Reward with a purchase the Member makes a return of all item(s) associated with that purchase in accordance with Titan Tactical Firearms Returns Policy and the Terms of Sale, the points used to claim that Reward will be refunded. The return must be received and accepted prior to being refunded. At its discretion, Company may refuse the return.
If after redeeming a Reward with a purchase the Member makes a return of less than all of the item(s) associated with that purchase, the Member will receive (i) Points (calculated at the rate for which Points were exchanged for the Reward used for the purchase) for the value of the returned item(s) up to the amount of the Reward; and (ii) if the value of the returned item(s) is greater than the amount the Reward, the balance of the return as a refund issued according to Titan Tactical Firearms Terms of Sale. The return must be received and accepted prior to being refunded. At its discretion, Titan Tactical Firearms may refuse the return.
Rewards are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are only redeemable through Titan Tactical Firearms. Account information such as Point totals and available Rewards can be accessed in the Rewards Center linked to your Account Page. Visit the Titan Tactical Firearms Rewards page on the Kangaroo Reward Loyalty website for more information about Rewards. Pursuant to Section 2, Titan Tactical Firearms reserves the right to change the Rewards, the Points earning and redemptions procedures and offerings, and the conversion rate between Points and Rewards. Any Reward redemption opportunity may be subject to its own terms and restrictions, including expiration dates.
Expiration of Points: IF YOU DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE OF QUALIFYING PRODUCTS OR OTHERWISE EARN POINTS DURING A 12 MONTH PERIOD, YOUR ENTIRE AVAILABLE POINTS BALANCE WILL EXPIRE. EXPIRED POINTS ARE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PROGRAM ACCOUNT POINTS BALANCE.
Company expressly reserves the right to offer similar (or identical) Rewards or other benefits, including participation in promotional offers or sweepstakes, to both Program Members and non-members. Rewards will not be paid out in cash or store credit.
7. Program Communications
Unless Member has opted out of receiving marketing communications, Titan Tactical Firearms may (at its option) communicate with Members via mail, email, and other channels, including about special Member promotions, offers, early access to special sales, and more. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Titan Tactical Firearms may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account, Rewards status, Program changes, or our ongoing business relations.
8. Mandatory Arbitration of All Disputes; Governing Law PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH ARBITRATION AND THE GOVERNING LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 12 AND 13 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
9. Intellectual property
All Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by Titan Tactical Firearms and may be registered in the United States and internationally.
10. Miscellaneous
Without notice to you, Titan Tactical Firearms reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your participation in the Program if Titan Tactical Firearms at its discretion, determines that you have violated these Program Terms, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account or your participation in the Program is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Titan Tactical Firearms, at its discretion, may suspend, cancel, or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. Your participation in the Program is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. If you opt-out of the Program or Titan Tactical Firearms cancels your membership or terminates the Program for any reason, all Points, Rewards or other benefits earned on your Member account will be forfeited
You are responsible and liable for any applicable federal, state or local income, sales, use, or other taxes which may result from your participation in the Program.
